Before you buy and check out our products (single products or subscriptions) please make sure with yourself that you know about what you are purchasing, at least our demo and features for single product or conditions for subscription.

  1. For Single Product (is retail sale) is assured by 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you see any following reason, you want to cancel your order, just contact us and you're done:
    • non-delivery of the product: In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be send to Customer Care Department within 7 days from the order placing date.
    • product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.
    • major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Department. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours (exclude Sartuday, Sunday and Official Holiday). Please note that our technicians can request temporary access to your server in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
  2. For Your download: Within 7 days from the subscription is completed
    • Refund 100%: Without downloaded Product
    • Refund 50%: With 1 downloaded Product
    • No-refund: With >= 2 downloaded Products
    • Refund is not applicable on membership renewals

Joombest reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for refund and again re-signup when new products are launched and then again ask for refund.
